This last week has been stressful. I have been dealing with trying to get approval for my internship which has been a huge concern. My health has been crazy this week as well, which is stressing me out too. Of course its like a cycle and stress only makes it worse! I found out I have tendinitis in my wrist. My POTS has been very symptomatic this week especially without my hydration therapy and it sucks. I am still seeing Dr. Nimira(again check her out!) though and have lots of hope!! Additionally, I went to the cardiologist and was genetically tested for cardiac related diseases that may correlate with my POTS. Unfortunately I don’t get the results from that for another 8 weeks. There’s just a lot going on right now!

Yesterday, I was talking to one of my friends and telling him about the situations. He said that I should be used to stress, I dealt with ASB for four years. This got me thinking. I AM used to stress. As weird as it sounds, I think I feed off of stress. Maybe even thrive? Stressful situations motivate me even more to reach my goals. I turn stress into a positive. Since I realized that yesterday, I am using this stress to motivate myself in these situations. Stress is all about perception. Don’t let stressful situations bring you down, but figure out how to use that stress in a positive way.
